What to Bring

  • Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing.
  • Participants should bring a water bottle, a small pillow, blanket, and eye
    covering.
  • You may also want to bring a yoga mat or padding to lay on (if you don’t have one please let me know)
  • A blanket and eye covering
    (I will have few available, but some participants prefer to bring their own)
  • Please refrain from eating a large meal in the hour prior to the session. – You may want to bring a small snack for after the session.
  • Journal and a pen
