Mystic M.E. Breathwork

Mystic M.E. Breathwork is a powerful and effective way to go within, to heal past trauma, and to move stuck energy within the physical body. It’s a connected breathing technique that takes you to a deep meditative state where profound insight can occur that can lead to healing. Breathwork can change how we view and relate to ourselves and to others, thus shifting us out of old patterns and transforming our overall mood, life perspective, and sense of connectedness and purpose.

Shamanic Breathwork

After an intense series of five transformative initiations based on the 5 Elements, I was initiated as a Shaman in Teotihuacan, Mexico, the land of the Aztecs, and I became a Shamanic Breathwork practitioner and a Shamanic Minister.

During a Shamanic Breathwork session you may become inspired to awaken your true self, and in doing so, you can reconnect with your inner healer.
